If you just can’t find the strength to say no, then try “Let me think about it and get back to you”. This will give you time to decide if you can really handle this task.
Before just jumping into a project, try breaking the task down into smaller pieces, write it down on paper or use a mind mapping tool. Decide what needs to be done first and you are on your way.
