The ADD Lone Ranger Rides Again!

The ADD Lone Ranger rides again! Do you ever feel that way?  That “I should be able to figure all this out for myself.”  That surely everyone else figures out everything all by them selves.  But wait, that can’t be accurate, so many times you have been there to help someone else through a problem or issue, and that was OK.

People with ADD/ADHD can struggle with this issue, they feel as though they should be able to do everything on their own without the help of others, and beat themselves up when they can’t do everything “the way it should be done”. However, if they can just give the same compassion to themselves that they give to others, on a daily basis, there would be less stress and anxiety in each day.

You do not have to be the Lone Ranger, ask for help, seek guidance and give yourself the help that you extend to everyone else.

Heck even the Lone Ranger had a friend that rode with him and helped him out.
